All these petitioners have been transferred from the Medical College, Raipur to the newly established Medical College, Ambikapur. From perusal of the record it appears that initially most of the petitioners had interim protection in their favour. However, vide a common order dated 07.09.2016, the interim orders have been vacated and as such by now all the petitioners must have assumed their duties at the Medical College, Ambikapur where they had been transferred. Given the said fact, by efflux of time, these petitions must have rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, these writ petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous reserving the right of either of the parties in approaching the Court in case of any grievance still subsists. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Bhola
