1. Challenge in this petition is to the order 19.01.2017 whereby the petitioner during the period of probation has been transferred from Patharrikhurd to Bhadgaon.

2. This court while entertaining the writ petition had granted interim protection on 09.02.2017. The respondents have now entered and filed reply. Along with reply they have also enclosed a document dated 06.02.2017 in which it has been stated that the order of transfer so far as petitioner is concerned, has been been modified and it has been ordered that her posting until further order stands restored at her old place of

posting i.e. Patharrikhurd itself. Such modification in the earlier transfer order, restores the old place of posting of the petitioner, at Patharrikhurd.

3. Be that as it may, in the light of the modification order dated 06.02.2017 that has been brought into, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending any further and ends of justice would meet if this petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall not not act upon transfer order dated 19.01.2017 so far as petitioner is concerned.

4. It is ordered accordingly.

5. Needless to mention that this order does not preclude the respondents to pass appropriate fresh orders at a later stage in the event of administrative exigency, if so arises.
