The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the non compliance of the order dated 10/05/2018 passed in WPS No. 3839/2010. 2.

According to the counsel for the applicant himself fairly admits that the subsequent review petition has been filed and the order has since been recalled and the original writ petition that is WPS No. 3839/2010 now stands fixed for further arguments on 09/02/2019.

In view of the fact that the order dated 10/05/2018 stands recalled, the present writ contempt petition no longer survives and the same is accordingly stands disposed off.
