This application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.147/2015, (wrongly mentioned as '144/2015' in the order passed by learned Court below) registered in Police StationSakti, District-Janjgir-Champa(C.G.), for alleged commission of offence under Section 307/34 of the IPC.

This is second bail application. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by the applicant with liberty to move regular bail application before the Court below. Now the second bail application is filed by the applicant on the ground that another coaccused has been granted regular bail by the Court. 3.

On the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, I am not inclined to grant bail. The second bail application is rejected with a liberty to apply for regular bail.
