1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10/10/2018 passed in MCRC No. 6516/2018 considering prima facie case against him.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press instant bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial within stipulated time.

3. Instant bail application is rejected as not pressed. It was brought in my notice that out of 24 prosecution witnesses 23 witnesses already examined and only one witness who is the I.O. is to be examined. Hence trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
