1. The present M.C.C. has been filed seeking modification in the order passed by this Court on 13.01.2017 in W.P. (S) No.155 of 2017.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that while disposing off the said Writ Petition inadvertently in the first paragraph of the Judgment, entitlement for Time Bound Pay Scale has been shown as "after completion of 10 years of service" whereas as per the Rule the entitlement is after completion of 7 years for which concerned letter dated 29.08.2008 is also annexed with the M.C.C. in support of the same.

3. The contention of the Applicant is not opposed by the State Counsel.

4. Accordingly the present M.C.C. is allowed.

5. The order dated 31.01.2017 passed in W.P. (S) 155/2017 is modified to the extent that in paragraph No.1 at the last line " after completion of 10 years of service" shall be read as "after completion of 7 years of service".

6. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 31.01.2017 the present M.C.C. stands allowed and disposed off.

7. Let a copy of the order passed in this M.C.C. be also placed in the records of the WP(S) No. 155/2017.
