The trial Court has further requested for extension of time on the ground that the decree holder himself is absent, as such the possession could not be handed over, therefore, further time is prayed for. Perused the letter of the Court below. It appears that the decree holder, in whose favour the decree was granted, failed to appear. Perused the letter dated 27.06.2018. In view of this, further time is extended for 60 days from the date of receipt of this order, for execution of the decree as earlier was ordered for by this Court on 21.03.2018.
