1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of award dated 22.6.2020 is not being disbursed to the petitioner

despite order of this Court.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate remedy against the non execution of award dated 22.06.2021 in accordance with law as this Court by order dated 02.01.2018 passed in WPC No.3504 of 2017 had only directed for deciding the representation.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant contempt petition stands disposed off.
