For Petitioner : Shri Vikash Pandey, Advocate For Respondent : None.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 08/01/2019 (1) By the impugned order dated 25.04.2018, respondent's application under Order 21 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been allowed against which instant writ petition has been preferred.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order. (3) The Family Court, Korba, by its impugned order dated 25.4.2018, has only directed that if the cheque is returned by Smt. Shanti Kurre then only petitioner is required to pay Rs. 27,5000/- in cash to respondent - Smt. Shanti Kurre, in which I do not find any illegality or perversity warranting interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. (4) Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
