1. The limited relief that petitioner seeks for is for appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation which the petitioner has made to the respondents which is for the respondent Authorities as also to the Enquiry Officer for providing certain relevant documents of

-2which the respondents are relying upon on the charge sheet that has been issued to the petitioner for departmental enquiry.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has already made representation in this regard the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits in accordance with law.

3. Given the said submissions by the counsel for the respondents, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 & 3 and also to Enquiry Officer to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner so far as his claim for documents which the respondent establishment is relying upon on the charge sheet that has been issued to the petitioner.

4. Respondent authorities are expected to consider and decide the representation before proceeding further with the departmental enquiry.
