1. The present petition has been filed against the inaction on the part of the respondents denying joining of petitioner in spite of posting order dated 03.10.2016.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of court's order dated 21.02.2017 salary has not been released to the petitioner till date. However, so far as her grievance of joining is concerned, the same stands redressed.

3. Since the dispute of joining stands redressed, the only issue which is left to be adjudicated upon is in respect of unpaid salary of the petitioner. This court does not intent to keep this petition pending any further.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondentDistrict Education Officer, Bilaspur, to verify the fact and ensure that the salary payable to the petitioner is released within a period of 60 days from today as already ordered by this court on 21.02.2017.
