1. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to discharge his duties at his present place of posting where he has been transferred and also be given his joining. His contention is that the Respondents No. 2 and 3 are not allowing the Petitioner to perform his duties.

2. Be that as it may, today since the Petitioner is not present to agitate the petition, it appears that the grievance of the Petitioner might have got redressed. In case if it is not redressed, this Court does not intend to keep the case pending any further.

3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with

a direction to the Respondent No. 2, the Collector to take appropriate steps to ensure that in case if the order dated 30.07.2016 has been issued and the services of the Petitioner has been transferred to Ambikapur there is no reason why the said order should not be acted upon. Unless the order has been modified/amended or cancelled. Subject to the above said riders if the order has not been acted upon, let appropriate orders in this regard be published by the Respondent No.2, the Collector at the earliest.

4. With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
