Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 28/03/2017 Heard.

1. It is submitted that the suspension order of the petitioner has been revoked. Copy of order dated 20.3.2017 has been placed on record by the respondent as Annexure R-1.

2. From the aforesaid, therefore, it is found that the order passed by the Court has now been complied with though belatedly. Therefore, in these circumstances, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

3. Rule is, therefore, discharged. Before parting with the case, this Court has to observe that though this Court had directed to pass appropriate orders immediately, the authority have taken almost six months to comply with the order. The Court expects much more promptitude than what has been shown in the present case in the matter of compliance of the Court order.

4. The petition stands finally disposed off.
