1. The matter is listed on default but since learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter may be disposed of by directing revisional Court to decide the revision expeditiously, it is taken up for hearing ignoring the default.

2. By the impugned order dated 20/07/2020, learned Additional Session Judge has rejected petitioner's prayer for grant of interim order in his favour thereby refused to stay the order dated 02/06/2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate against which the instant petition has been preferred.

3. Mr. T.K. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that since the criminal revision is pending since 01/07/2020 before the revisional Court, therefore, it may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

4. Be that as it may, since the criminal revision is pending since 01/07/2020, learned Additional Session Judge is directed to consider and decide it expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).

6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Additional Session Judge by e-mail/fax for needful and compliance.
