1. The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order dated 20.02.2014 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Centre Adhora to Primary Health Centre, Burder.

2. By virtue of interim order passed in favour of Petitioner on 13.05.2014 she continued at the said place of posting i.e. at Adhora.

3. At this stage, learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that they shall not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order any further, however they may have liberty to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so warrants.
