The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 for an early conclusion of the election petition that has been filed. 2.

On due consideration of the relief sought for by the petitioner and considering the pleadings made in the writ petition, this Court is of

the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision in the Election Petition No. 55/B-12/2019-20 at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
