Petitioner in person would submit that his proposal for Ph.D. work has been rejected by respondents No. 1 and 2 - University by recording no reasons against which he has made representation before the University raising all his grievances but it is pending consideration since 17.06.2018 and has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 1 and 2 - University are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation, expeditiously,

preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
