The instant petition is filed for execution of an award dated 06/02/2019 (Annexure P2) passed by the Arbitrator, whereby the Arbitrator has passed the award in favour of the petitioner. 2.

Perused the documents.

Perusal of the documents shows that since the award is dated 06/02/2019 more than 90 days have been passed to challenge the award to set aside the Arbitral award. In such case the petitioner may seek enforcement of this award under Section 36 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act,1996 under the code of CPC as a decree of the Civil Court. No relief can be granted to the petitioner in this petition. The petitioner may avail appropriate remedy as available to him under the law.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
