Agrawal Order On Board 18/07/2018 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 427/2017 registered at Police Station Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 452 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1) B, 3(2)(v)(A) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 07.05.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 2316/2018.

(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
