1. This petition under Article 227 Constitution of India has not been brought against any specific order passed by the learned Family Court, Bilaspur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only prayer of the petitioner is this that the application filed under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act for decree of divorce is pending since more than 1 and a half years and there is no progress in the case concerned. Therefore, a

-2direction may be issued to the learned Family Court for expediting the procedure in the case concerned.

3. Therefore, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage. Looking to the length of pendency of the divorce petition, the learned Family Court is directed to take up this case for expeditious hearing and conclude the proceeding preferably within a period of 06 months from the date this order is passed.
