Agrawal Order On Board 03/11/2015 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.296/2015 registered at Police Station Sarangarh, District Raigarh for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 19.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4124/2015.

(3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
