1. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.157/2020 registered in Police Station DD Nagar, Raipur, District Raipur for offence under Section 307/34 of the

IPC and Section 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Both the applicants have inflicted repeated knife blows over abdomen of the injured causing 4 stab wounds.

3. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the applications are rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicants to revive their prayer after examination of the injured.
