1. The present M.C.C. has been preferred seeking for correction in the cause title so far as the name of the husband of the Petitioner is concerned.

2. According to the Petitioner the name of the husband of the Petitioner is Ram Ji Lal Verma whereas in the order passed it has been reflected as Ram Lalji Verma.

3. The submission of the Petitioner is not opposed by the Counsel for the Respondents.

4. Accordingly, the present M.C.C. stands allowed.

5. The order dated 30.01.2017 passed in W.P. (S) 468 of 2017 is

modified to the extent that the name of the husband of the Petitioner shall be treated as Ram Ji Lal Verma instead of Ram Lalji Verma.

6. With the aforesaid observation the present M.C.C. stands allowed.
