1. The aforesaid MCRCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.481/2020 registered in Police Station Kawardha, for offence under Section 197, 420/34, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

2. The applicants have collected Rs.25,000/- each from 16 victims promising them to arrange employment as Data Entry Operator in different offices.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that they have only arranged training programme so that the alleged victims can appear in different examinations for recruitment to the post of Data Entry Operator.

4. Learned State Counsel would oppose the bail applications on the

submission that the applicants have also issued forged appointment letters.

5. It is inconceivable that employment can be arranged for a paltry sum of Rs.25.000/-. The applicants are in detention since 7.9.2020 and offences are triable by the JMFC. Therefore, considering the totality of the circumstances, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

6. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
