1. The petitioner has retired from Bhilai Steel Plant. During his service tenure, he has taken loan from respondent No.1/Chhattisgarh

Sahakari Shakh Samiti Maryadit and amount of ₹ 4,76,929/- along with interest is due to the said society against loan taken by the petitioner herein, for which respondent No.1 has preferred an application under Section 64 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 before the Deputy Registrar, Co-operatives Societies, Durg, in which stay order has been passed against the petitioner restraining Axis Bank, Bhilai from operating bank Account No.91701004979493 of the petitioner, against which, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay ₹ 4,76,929/- along with interest to respondent No.1.

3. I have heard leaned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions and also went through the records with utmost circumspection.

Since the petitioner is ready and willing to make payment to respondent No.1, respondent No.5/The Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounts Department, Bhilai Steel Plant is directed to make payment of ₹ 4,76,929/- to respondent No.1/Society and remaining amount will be paid to the petitioner by Bhilai Steel Plant within 10 days from today.
