1. This is an application filed under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 183 of 2015 (wrongly mentioned as Crime No.163/2015) registered at Police station City Kotwali, Dhamtari, Distt. Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under section 20-B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
2. As per the prosecution case, on 29.06.2015 on receiving secret information the about the illegal possession of contraband Ganja by the applicant, the police raided the spot and 07.500 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from her. Accordingly, the offence was registered and the applicants were taken into custody.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated and no evidence is available against her in respect of seizure, therefore, she may be enlarged on bail.
4. After perusal of the case diary, documents and statements, I am of the opinion that it is not a case to hold that the seizure is doubtful and
no offence is committed by the applicant. Therefore, I am not inclined to allow the bail application. Accordingly it is dismissed.
