On the last date of hearing, this Court had directed the learned State counsel to seek instructions on two aspects.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions, submits that the grounds, on which, the petitioner has filed this petition, would be considered by the concerned respondent authority, for which, the petitioner may submit representation before the concerned authority.

In view of above consideration, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to submit representation before the respondent No.4-Collector within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the

same shall be considered and decided by the concerned respondent authority within a period of four weeks.

For a period of four weeks, the impugned transfer order in relation to the petitioner, shall not be given effect to.
