1. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondents for consideration of the case of the Petitioner for absorption in the Government Medical College, Jagdalpur.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was initially appointed in the Government District Hospital which was subsequently converted into as Government Medical College and that option were sought in the year 2007 for absorption of these employees under the Directorate of Health Services. The Petitioner also has given option in this regard.

However, more than 10 years have passed no action has been taken for absorption of service.

He further submits that similarly placed persons have already filed Petition before this Court i.e. WPS No. 2018/2013 which has been disposed off on 17.07.2013 directing the Respondents to take decision in those case. Another Petition i.e. WPS No. 865/2017 also came up for hearing before this Court which has also been disposed off on 20.02.2017 in the light of the order passed in WPS No. 2018/2013 with a direction to the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's case claiming absorption in accordance with scheme and policy decision of the Respondents.

4. Accordingly, it is directed that the Respondents shall take decision in respect of the present Petitioner also within a period of 3 months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order before the concerned authorities by the Petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
