The petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.04.2016 on the ground that the petitioner could not be shifted from Community Health Centre, Sukma to Community Health Centre, Konta by the Chief Medical & Health Officer, Sukma.

The order was passed way back on 04.04.2016 and this petition has been filed after more than 10 months.

Learned State counsel submits that the order has already been complied with by the petitioner and he has joined.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. However, it would be open for the petitioner to seek his posting at any other place on his own request.
