The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for a direction to respondent No.3/ the Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, Bilaspur to consider the application dated 10.9.2020 of the petitioner for grant of

parole.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the District Magistrate, Bilaspur will consider the case of the petitioner for grant of parole within ten days.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bilaspur (CG) to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner positively within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
