The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by relieving order dated 14.12.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is differently abled to the extent of 70% and has serious locomotive disability. Considering this aspect vide order dated 09.08.2016 Zila Panchayat, Bastar had directed that the petitioner shall continue in the present school till the end of the Educational Session 2016-17 but even before end of the sessions vide impugned letter dated 14.12.2016, the petitioner has been directed to release to join at place where it would be highly difficult for the petitioner to move and given his disability, it will cause serious hardship.

Learned State counsel submits that this petition, at this stage, may be disposed off and to allow the petitioner to continue till the end of the session. 4.

Considering the aforesaid fair stand taken by the State counsel and taking into consideration that the petitioner is a person suffering from disability to the extent of 70%, it would only be fair and appropriate that he should be allowed to continue till the end of the session as directed earlier vide order dated 09.08.2016.

It is made clear that this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner seeking his posting to any other soft stations upon consideration of the nature and extent of disability which he suffers from. 6.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
