1. The present contempt petition was filed alleging willful noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 1649/2018 vide order dated 21.02.2018.

2. The notices were issued to the respondents and they have filed their reply and in their reply they have now stated that the authorities concerned have since decided the claim of the petitioner and considered the case of the petitioner in accordance to the circular dated 05.03.2018 and finally have rejected the claim for regularization of the petitioner vide order dated 07.08.2018 (Annexure R/2).

3. Given the fact that the claim of the petitioner stands decided, this Court is of the opinion that the orders passed by this Court stands completely complied with and therefore the contempt petition stands disposed off at this juncture discharging the respondents from the contempt proceedings.

4. Needless to mention that the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent decision of the respondents by way of an appropriate proceeding separately.
