The instant contempt petition was filed on the ground of noncompliance of the order dated 30.01.2015 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6188/2014.

The counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondents have now vide order dated 03.06.2017 already issued an instruction for granting appointment to the petitioner herein and as such, the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 6188/2014 dated 31.01.2015 stands complied with in its letter and spirit.

This averment made by the Counsel for the respondent has not been disputed by the counsel for the petitioner who also accepts that the petitioner was granted an order of appointment in his favour. 4.

In view of the aforesaid facts this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be complied with in the present case hence the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings and petition stand dismissed.
