Though a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has been made by moving third application for grant of bail on the submission that during the course of trial, the witnesses have not involved the applicants and that applicant No.2 is a lady, having rejected the application on merits earlier, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants. However, in the circumstances as stated above, it would be proper that the Trial Court is directed to consider applicants' application for grant of regular bail, if possible on the same day or in any case, within two days.
