1. The challenge in the preset writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 31.03.2017, whereby the petitioner who was working as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-III since 16.06.2005 has been abruptly terminated without an inquiry by the respondents.

2. Perusal of the record shows that the petitioner against the order of termination dated 31.03.2017 had already raised an objection before the respondent No.3-the Collector, District Jashpur and filed another reminder on 22.08.2017 before the Collector, but till date the objection /appeal has not been decided.

Given the said fact that the petitioner is a terminated employee and that against the termination he had preferred an objection/appeal before the Collector, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to immediately consider the objection/appeal, which the petitioner has filed on 01.08.2017 and a reminder of which was also filed on 22.08.2017, at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. In addition to the objection/appeal that the petitioner has already filed, the petitioner would also be at liberty to file a detailed appeal/objection supported with all the relevant documents, if any, in support of his contentions.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
