1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.74/2020, registered at Police Station Kansabel, Police Chowki Dokda, Distt: Jashpur, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Sections 294, 324, 506B of Indian Penal Code and 25, 27 of Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the anticipatory bail application has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
