1. Mr.Vinod Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to raise his grievance with regard to nonpayment of salary, non-practicing allowance and with regard to order of recovery to respondent No.1, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, if such a grievance is raised by the by the petitioner within 4 weeks from today, respondent No.1 would do well to consider and decide

the same within next 6 weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
