1. This miscellaneous case is preferred to correct date of absorption i.e. 8th November, 2007 in place of 24th June, 2006 in order dated 22nd February, 2019 passed in WPS No. 1464 of 2012. The application is supported by order dated 8th November, 2007 of Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Bilaspur Region.

2. As the matter is only related to correction of date which is supported by order of the authority, the application is allowed. The date of absorption of the applicant be mentioned as 8th November, 2007 in place of 24th June, 2006 in para 2 and 3 of the order dated 22nd February, 2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 1464 of 2012.

3. This correction shall made part of the order as mentioned above.

4. In view of the correction, the instant miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
