1. The only issue which the petitioners in the present writ petition have raised is that the petitioners are not being granted grade pay and the benefit of dearness allowance which otherwise they are entitled for and for which there are already recommendations made by the authorities in the Department.
2. It appears that subsequent to the letters dated 04.01.2018, 15.12.2018 and08.04.2019 which has been issued by the Assistant Registrar of respondent no.1 University the petitioners have till date not filed any representation for redressal of their grievance.
3. Given the facts, let the petitioners prefer a fresh representation within a period of 15 days from today to the respondents 1 & 2 who in turn shall decide the same within a further outer limit of 60 days. It is expected that
-2the authority concerned shall objectively decide the representation of the petitioners and while deciding the same shall take into consideration various correspondences made by the authorities in this regard.
