1. This miscellaneous case is preferred to correct the date of absorption of the applicant in the Order dated 22.02.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No.1311/2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that date of absorption of the applicant has been wrongly mentioned in the above mentioned order as 24th June 2006 in place of 29th October, 2007. To support his contention, he has also submitted an order dated 7th March, 2012 of Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Raipur (CG).

3. As the matter is only related to correction of date which is supported by order of the authority, the application is allowed. The date of absorption of the applicant be mentioned as

29th October, 2007 in place of 24th June, 2006 in para 2 and 3 of the Order dated 22nd February, 2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 1311 of 2012.

4. This correction shall made part of the order as mentioned above.

5. In view of the correction, the instant miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
