1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting the benefit of time bound pay scale to petitioner during his service period.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is still working with the department on the post of Sanskrit Teacher. The petitioner has put in more than 30 years of service, yet he has not been granted the time bound pay-scale in-terms of the circular of the State Government. However, the petitioner has not been extended the benefit of time
bound pay scale, which the petitioner is entitled for in terms of the circular of the respondents themselves dated 22.02.2011 which has further been extended to 23.11.2012.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to immediately scrutinize the claim of petitioner for grant of time bound pay scale in terms of the circular governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge J-
