This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 94/2014 registered at Police Station- Hirri, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 , 511 of IPC and section 4 of Protection from Sexual Offences Act.

After arguing for sometime counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant M.Cr.C. 3.
