1. Perusal of the record would show that petitioner has been removed from service vide order dated 22.10.2018, in the light of the order passed by this Court in connection with Guest Faculty who was teaching in the college in the previous academic session of 2017-18.

2. Moreover, from the date of previous order of appointment till now the academic session itself has come to an end.

-23. Given the aforesaid fact, the petitioner at this juncture would not be entitled for any relief from this Court.
