(1) The applicant has filed this second application for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.52/2015 registered at police station Dallirajhara, District- Balod (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 07.10.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. (A) No.968/2015. (3) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that infact, even before this court dismissed the application as withdrawn, the injured had given an affidavit in writing that he sustained injuries due to fall. (4) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new or

good ground to entertain this second application for grant of anticipatory bail, thus, the application is rejected. However, the ground which is now being raised, may be raised while moving application for grant of regular bail before the Court below. If such ground is raised, the court below may consider the application as early as possible.
