By way of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents for grant of regular pay scale from the initial date of appointment. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an identical writ petition [Writ Petition (S) No. 859 of 2013] has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2013 and therefore he prays that the present writ petition may also be disposed of on similar terms.

Learned Counsel for the State, on perusal of the record, accepts that the claim of the petitioner is similar to the writ petition referred to by the Counsel for the petitioner and the same can be disposed of on similar terms and the matter may be referred to the Committee constituted by the State Government by its order dated 13.07.2012, comprising of Director, Public Instructions, Chhattisgarh, Raipur, as Chairman and the Deputy Director, Legal Cell, Directorate, Public Instructions, Raipur and the District Education Officer, as Members, to look into the grievances of the employees with regard to grant of regular pay scale from their initial date of appointment. 4.
Accordingly and in view of the above, the matter is referred to the said Committee for taking appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
