Considering the subsequent development that has transpired and which has been brought to the notice of this Court that the election of Respondent No.4-Society has already been conducted on 17.3.2020 and the elected body has also been notified, this Court is of the opinion that the only recourse now left for the Petitioner is to approach the Registrar, Firms & Societies, Chhattisgarh for redressal of his grievances challenging the election convened on 17.3.2020.

Subject to the Petitioner approaching the Registrar, Firms & Societies, in accordance with law, challenging the election held on 17.3.2020, it is expected that the Registrar shall consider the same in accordance with law and the contentions that the Petitioner shall raise in his appeal/petition, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months.
