Agrawal Order On Board 20/03/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made an application/representation for grant of separate commencement of commercial production certificate before the Chief General Manager, District Industries & Trade Center on 29 th October, 2012 and also on 04.10.2012 but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the competent authority i.e. respondent No. 3 may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' application/representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to file additional representation, if any.
