(1)The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 02.02.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 471/2015.

(2) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 05.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1136/2015.

(3) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.350/2014 registered at Police Station Lailunga, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

(4) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application, therefore, this third bail application is rejected.
