1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a change of posting of the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner he has been working as a Lecturer at the Govt. Middle School, Salheona, Block Baramkela, District Raigarh. The petitioner has been promoted from the post of Upper Division Teacher/ Headmaster, Middle School to the post of Lecturer vide order dated 29.12.2018. As per the order of promotion, the petitioner has been posted from the Govt. Middle School, Salheona, Block Baramkela, District Raigarh to the Govt. Higher Secondary School, Devsundra, Block Palari, District Baloda Bazar.

The petitioner further submits that though the petitioner has been posted at Block Palari, District Baloda Bazar, but till date he has not been relieved and he is discharging the duties as a Headmaster at the Govt. Middle School, Salheona, Block Baramkela, District Raigarh. According to the petitioner there has various personal inconvenience that the petitioner has in complying with the promotion order, as there is a change of posting and the petitioner would find it greatly inconvenient in executing the promotion order so far as the change of posting is concerned.

The petitioner has made a request to the authorities for changing the place of posting to anywhere near Block Baramkela, District Raigarh and that there are also sufficient number of vacancies available in the said Block, wherein the petitioner can be accommodated. The petitioner further submits that he has also made a representation in this regard to the authorities concerned, but till date no decision has been taken. Accordingly, this Court is of the opinion that considering the total facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondent No.2 take a decision on the representation which the petitioner has submitted so far as his request for change of posting is concerned in accordance with the Rules. Let the decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
