1. This appeal by the accused/appellants under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 24.07.2021 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST) Jashpur, District Jashpur, C.G. in connection with Crime No.58/2021, rejecting his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 376(D), 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered at Police Station Patthalgaon, District Jashpur, C.G.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he does not want to prosecute this appeal and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
